IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CURRENT PATIENTS:
At Sports Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation Therapy (SMART), the health and safety of our patients is always our top priority. As such, we are diligently monitoring updates to the Coronavirus or COVID-19 and abiding by the recommendations as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for the protection and safety of our patients and staff. We understand this is a challenging time for all of us, but want to reassure you that we are committed to your health and well-being.

For our current patients, we are pleased to announce that we can now provide Telehealth or e-Visit services, which will allow you to have a session with your therapist from the comfort of your home using either a telephone or computer video call. We can assist you with your Home Education Program, assess your form, guide you through progressions to your program and answer any questions you may have about your condition. Most health insurances are now covering these sessions, you would only be responsible for any co-pay or co-insurance that you would have had for an in-person visit.
